Hybrid Options
Hybrid Personal Training combines the best of in-person coaching with the flexibility of online training. This option is designed for clients who want hands-on guidance and accountability, while still having structured workouts and support between sessions.
You’ll meet in person for select training sessions focused on technique, form, and progression, while also following a customized training plan through my mobile app on the days we don’t meet. This allows you to stay consistent, make steady progress, and get expert coaching without needing to train in person every session.
